A little yellow Victorian. A whole lot of dreams. 

Mom and I are SO excited to share what’s coming to 203 S Henry St. in downtown Lindale — our sweet little Victorian, Thacker Lane, and the future home of Lindale Mahjong!

The best part? The community we dreamed of creating has already started.

We’ve begun hosting pop-up Mahjong classes, and seeing women gather around the tables, learn something new, laugh together and make plans to keep playing has given us a glimpse of exactly what we hope Thacker Lane becomes.

Because we never wanted to open just a store. We wanted to create a place that gives people a reason to get together.

There’s something special about hobbies that bring us back around a table. Mahjong, needlepoint, hand stitching—you may come for the game or the project, but somewhere along the way come the conversations, laughter, friendships and traditions. That’s the heart behind Thacker Lane.

When our doors open, you’ll find Mahjong, needlepoint, hand-stitching kits, gifts and so much more, with a thoughtfully chosen mix of name brands you know and love AND fun, budget-friendly options.

And of course, there will be classes, parties, Mahjong games, stitching get-togethers, girls’ nights and plenty of reasons to gather.

We’re projecting an October opening, but you don’t have to wait to join the fun! Our pop-up Mahjong classes have begun, and our online store is OPEN now at LindaleMahjong.com, with more inventory being added as it arrives.

Now comes the fun part—watching this little yellow Victorian become Lindale Mahjong and Thacker Lane.
